Kiddie AU - The Proposal

Pierce, Danny, and Ben were in another cabin, about a mile down the beach from where the three lovers were staying...with orders to call before coming over or face the potentially naked consequences.

When they'd gotten there Braig had cornered Pierce and gotten the two jewellery boxes from him. After that it was only a question of finding the perfect moment.

One where they were alone...with the sun coming down and setting fire to the ocean. One where they were all quiet and content.

A little bit like now.

"Lets." Dilan pried himself off the ground last and batted at his body to try to get the worst of the sand off. "Tomorrow lets go looking for surfing things. And wax."

"Sounds like a plan to me." Braig said after he finished kissing Aya.

Aya kept ahold of Braig's hair after the kiss and grinned. Just...grinned. It was a good day even if Braig had sniped her proposal plans! "We should call our driver tonight then, see if they'll be able to take us out. And we'll actually have to get dressed tomorrow." Sad times.

Sad, sad times.

"Mmmm, surfing. Think we're up for it? I can't remember when last we surfed." It had been winter when they got called to Manhattan, and even in their home town it was a little too cold for surfing in winter.

"Too damn long." Braig opined, "We've got a year of not surfing to make up for. Good thing we've also got muscle salve and massage oil."

"Yeahhh." Dilan agreed slowly, "We're going to hurt, but it'll be good for us."

"Since we'll be out we miiiight want to pick up more salve and oil." Just maybe. "And if that get's depressing we'll all go bathing suit shopping." Who was she kidding? They'd have a blast going to a drug store if that's what they decided to do.

They were weird like that.

"I can't wait. I'll moan and whine after the tenth wipe out but it'll be awesome anyway."

"Good point, Ayay." Dilan agreed, "And lets go bathing suit shopping anyway...it'll be a treat!"

"I cannot wait to get you into sexy, sexy swimwear." Braig stated, "Both of you."

"He's so contradictory, our lover." Aya noted to Dilan. "I want you naked all the time, then I can't wait to have you in sexy stuff! Next it'll be 'Oh, man, sexy sexy parkas'." She grinned at Braig and teased nails over Dilan's ass since he was ahead of them.

"Bathing suit shopping after the rest of the shopping, we can do that."

"Well...if you were never in things I'd never get to unwrap you." Braig pointed out with a grin, "So it still works."

"You, sir, are a dork."

"I second that!" Aya laughed and leaned in enough to kiss Braig's cheek despite though. She didn't mind dorks in the least!

"I second both those sentiments actually. You're both fun to unwrap."

"See?" Braig grinned, "Naked is good, but so is sexy clothing for unwrapping."

Dilan just laughed.

"You know, somehow, I doubt most people refer to undressing as unwrapping." Poor, poor world. No wonder so many people were unhappy!

Once they were back in eth bungalow though, "Where did we put that number?!"

"We're not most people." Dilan pointed out.

"Yeah, we're way more awesome."

"And obviously far less modest." Aya pinched her lover teasingly and went to go digging in the clothes they hadn't worn in days. "And no, not most people. You're my fiances, which elevates near unto sainthood and all. I'm a handful."

"Who needs modesty?" Braig asked, "We're awesome and we know it. You're not that bad, monkey. No more of a handful than Dilan."

Dilan laughed and rolled his eyes a bit at the two of them.

"Hah!" Found it! She waved the card triumphantly at the pair and reached for the phone...only to be diverted by Braig's comment. "Oh...let's see..." Yes, time to go measure how many handfuls Dilan was. He was up for some serious groping right?

"...Ice, I forgot to count handfuls!"

Dilan just laughed I guess that means you need to do it again?" he offered.

Braig said; "Let me help!" and started groping both of them indiscriminately.

"I guess so. Darn the luck huh?" She started over again, counting out loud, loudly and...got thrown off by Braig's addition. "MATHEMATICAL ERRORS! We may be here a while..."

"At least until the cab gets here." Braig agreed, poking Aya in the breast gently and then slapping Dilan's ass.

"Which we already intended to be tomorrow and might be later since I left the phone back there..." somewhere. EEP HER PERSONAL BREAST! It was obviously time to grab Braig's wrist and work to pin at least one of those wandering hands safely away!

Braig grinned and let his other hand turn to tickling Aya. Tickling her as best he could, oh yes.

"Yeeeeeeeek!" Nope, still holding onto that one hand for dear life now but...tickling. TICKLING. "DILAN! HELLLLLLP!"

Dilan grinned, "Nu uh." he said serenely, "You didn't help me out last night."

Braig cackled. Just cackled.

"But I gave you massages!" ACCCCCCCCCCCK COLLAPSING WITH CAPTURED ARM NOW! "Oooooo the scary laugh!" GIGGLEFIT!

"So did I." Dilan said, staying far back from the tickle fight.

Braig kept going, although he let her retain control of the hand she had captured without fighting her for it.

Yeah, she was beyond the point of talking now. Keeping Braig's hand meant she couldn't really tickle back, which left her a giggling, gasping mess at her lover's feet.

Braig just grinned and flopped beside her when she was too tickled to stand, leaning in for a kiss. 'Cause he totally won.
