She didn't stay wrapped around him long, just long enough to secure her hands and swing away again. She would probably have been a little creeped out by being carried up a wall...

He grins and starts climbing again as well. "So. How're you feeling? Hungry?"

"Hmmm, not yet, though I did promise to feed you." she admitted, grinning across the distance "Healthy is possible. You like the Cliff cafe?"

"Cliff works fine for me." Braig says, standing on the wall and stretching.

"Then we do the Cliff." Aya grinned and topped her own section of the wall. "When we manage to get down again." she wasn't sure they weren't going to be distracted!

He laughs and tugs her along the tops of the walls. His greatest indulgence, only accessible to those who get all the way to the top of the highest wall.

A slide.

Because secretly he's nine.

"...you're joking right?" she laughed, tugging him to a halt so she could look the slide over. "A slide?!" oh this was just getting better and better.

"Does this look like a joke?" he grins and gets onto it.

"No, it looks pretty solid." she admitted, giving his shoulders a firm push...because that's what you did to the person ahead of you on the slide? "Look out below!!" she called laughingly as she started down herself.

He grins and slides down with a whoop of laughter.

She managed to slide mostly sideways on the way down. It was a long slide! She ended up draping her arms and legs over the sides in order to brake before hitting the bottom.

Braig braces and catches her with a soft oof. "Fun?" he asks, grinning.

She really didn't manage to slow much before the ground, so she was grateful for the catch. "Yeah" she laughed, sprawled at the bottom of the slide. "Been a while since I went climbing."

He grins and leans in to press his lips against hers gently. "Awesome. We'll have to do it again."

She licked her lips slowly when Braig leaned back, then clambered to her feet. "Yes, we'll have to do it again, maybe with other walls..." she rambled, slightly distracted.

Okay, very distracted. It'd been awhile.

"Let's find...okay, where did your slide land us?" she was all turned around now with no clue where the cafe was.

He grabs her hand and bounds around the outside wall, "This way. We're basically straight across the room from the door out. It's not exactly a secret slide, but you've got to know it to get to it."

"Or the really intrepid would climb the slide..." she pointed out, getting her feet under her so she could keep up instead of flapping in the wind. "Bench!" she was starting to realize Braig was the 'go through' things type.

"Well, yeah, but then they will get tossed." Braig says simply enough, "Don't want to ruin the smoothness of the slide." He hops over the bench, lightly. Not as lightly as Dilan would, but lightly.

"Don't tell me you haven't been tempted yourself." she teased, following over the bench since he still had her hand. "I used to climb slides. Drove my sister nuts."

"Actually no." he says, laughing, "I prefer going up the walls. Dilan prefers watching, but isn't bad himself when he feels like it."

"I'd climb anything" she shrugged, dragging back on Braig's hand until they were back at an acceptable walking rate. "But I can understand sticking to walls." she teased.

"We'll have to all go climbing sometime. It's fun to get Maya up."

He grins at her and shifts his hand until his fingers are more laced through hers instead of capturing them. "What can I say, walls are more fun than slides. Ever been up the side of the mall? It's got just enough give that you can get up the bricks without it being easy." he's always wracked in sweat by the time he's made it up all four stories.

"I think that'd be fun. We could go out to the woods on the east side..."

"Maya won't let me." she admitted sheepishly "We do go to the mall sometimes, early or late when it's not crowded but she latches onto my shirt and tells me no a lot until we're inside..." she felt lucky she could get away with climbing the hospital sometimes?

"Ohhh, wood foray. Actual tree climbing?"

"I won't tell if you don't." he says, grinning widely, "Whenever you want. And yeah, trees. Dilan likes trees, and he also likes chasing the wildlife."

"Keep anyone from catching us on film..." she laughed "Things get back to Maya." Nurses talked! It was one of the most effective information networks in existence. "We like trees...we don't get out there much, but we spent a few of our best years woods tromping out on photo trips with our parents. Most the wildlife was safe from us though...I kind of feel sorry for anything catching Dilan's eye."
