Day one: Aya turned the note over and over to see if he'd added the number.

Day two: Aya and Maya made little bracelets and wreaths for the younger patients and there was no number in the bottom of the box...

Day three: There was chocolate and the people she could reach, publicly, wouldn't release Braig's number.

Day four: Maya pointed out that Dilan would have Braig's number which made Aya facepalm.

Day five: Aya hung up on Dilan's voice mail, again, and neatly cut the dessert in half.

Day six: Aya growled at her sister and tracked down one of the business offices for the boys in town. The lobby was comfortable and she was willing to wait.
