"Well, yeah." he admits, "We've got a lot of kinda crazy fan types." It's honest enough, "You've got me now, Aya."

"Crazy fan types like those who go for a week giving gifts?" she asked wryly. "Question being, what am I going to do with you?" considering that he was apparently headed into the office.

"Go rock climbing with me." he suggests, "There are plenty of places at the event where, like, you won't be too close to people."

"Maya has more of a problem with people than I do." she admitted, grinning despite herself. "When does it start?"

"Friday through Tuesday." Braig says, flopping in a chair next to her, "We can attend as much or as little as you want."

"Alright, first order of business though..." she wiggled enough to get her phone out of her pocket "Number! We are not doing this again!"

Braig grins at her, "Awww. But it was, like, fun." For him. He gives her his number, however. "Sorry about Dilan not getting your messages, by the way. He only did today. He'd been pushing himself." which meant, of course, that Braig hid his phone and knocked him out.

"It was frustrating" she countered with a grin "Call me call me call me and no number." she flicked his hand after putting her phone away.

"It's alright, it felt like cheating to call him for your number anyway. He rested?"

"Yeah. I've kept him down for the last couple of days. He, like, was up for almost a week." Braig rolls his eyes fondly.

"From what I've seen of him the 'keeping him down' probably involved chains or something." she chuckled. "He's lucky you keep track." because she totally didn't try to pull the same thing...no, not at all.

Maya knocked her down and sat on her.

"Nah." Braig grins, "I switched the coffee to decaf."

"You're a cruel and evil person" she looked at him in mock-horror and very blatantly scooted away from him in her chair. "There are limits, Braig! Limits!"

His grin gets wider, "You do what you've, like, got to do. Dilan needed it badly."

"But the poor, innocent coffee!" she gave up and giggled for a moment "Couldn't you sneak up on him with a needle or something?!"

"Not really. Not a lot of drugs work on the Keztu." He points out with a wry smile, "They have this tendency to have seizures on stuff that the rest of us ignore."

"Alright, blunt force trauma." she was still chuckling "I'm suddenly very glad that Maya has never pulled the decaf thing on me."

Braig grins, "Don't tempt her, babe. She's feisty." he likes it. His date with Maya was awesome.

"If you ever suggest it to her I'll hurt you." she promised. She knew her sister was feisty, and she'd actually do it if she thought it was necessary.

He laughs and says, "Promise?"

"Cross my heart." she grinned "I'll get creative on caffeine-dep"

He just grins and looks smug.

One of those I am more important than you could ever be types comes bustling in and starts talking to the secretary.

"I need to see Dr. Braig. We have a lot to talk about."

Braig's eyes raise and he shakes his head subtly at the secretary. He doesn't talk to people who don't even recognize him. Seriously.

"So anyway, babe. What days are best for you for the date?"

Aya was looking at the man harassing the secretary with distaste. She had vaguely hoped only doctors ended up with that particular tone of voice..."Oh, hmmm? Well, this evening if you're free and tomorrow." Maya had done the 'refusing to schedule people for a few days'.

"Now, if you're bored." she had tennis shoes on, they could make a run for it!

"Sounds like a plan." Braig says, grinning, "Just let me, like, grab my shoes and jeans from the back?"

The man harassing the secretary turns and starts to gawp at Braig, who pops up and says, "Mark, hold my meetings for the rest of the day. I'm taking my first personal day since December." and he heads for the back.

The secretary, Mark, grins and half salutes.

"Grab away" she waved a hand in allowance and started stretching her legs in preparation. "Hello Mark, sorry to kidnap him?" she was going to keep ignoring the important guy.

"No problem, Dr. Brea." Mark says, smiling at her, "It's not healthy to come in every day except when your main man is sick. Make sure he eats something healthy, okay?"

"Who are you?" asks the stuffy guy.
