Dilan stopped to pose for a picture, then grinned at Aya and hefted her to his shoulder for a different pose. What is the point of being the big, strong guy if you can't lift your partner up?

"Engh. It. They!" he grabbed Pierce by the head and turned it until he could see Aya and Dilan...then started pounding his head against the taller man's back.

Aya grinned and stayed still while he was lifting. No use upsetting the balance of things right? Right. It also meant she could cross her ankles primly once she was on his shoulder and beam at all and sundry.

All and sundry nearby. She managed to miss Pierce.

What the...hey, ow, attached and...whoa." Was that close to amused awe? That WAS close to amused awe. "Way to go guys!" You know, except for the head thunking thing.

"They didn't tell you huh? Or you're suppose to be there too and they started early?"

Dilan looked up at Aya, "I bet I could hold you on my hand, if you want to try it." His hand is big enough, and her feet are small enough.

His voice was very quiet, too quiet, and filled with...jealousy? Outrage? Hurt? All of the above? "They didn't tell me. They're ... oh, Wind and Void."

"Maybe later, once we're out of apples? Don't want people making grabby hands while we're having to be careful." She leaned forward from Dilan's shoulder, hair draping forward as she passed one of the larger apples to the first person to get up the gumption to come forward.

"Dude?" What? Whhhat? "Don't worry, they've got it in hand. They're awesome." He patted Braig's shoulder a little awkwardly.

"What's wrong? Should I get them towels or something?" Or, you know, keep an eye on the creepy looking set who'd caught wind of the pair?

Dilan nodded and held still so that Aya could bend and move without fear of falling. He was a rock!

His head also snapped towards the creepy looking set and Braig was moving...not just moving. Braig was standing up straight and moving towards them.

He was a rock! And the bending got enough clapping that Aya had to straighten and wrap her hand in Dilan's hair for a moment. Yep, blushing. A little. COMPOSURE anchor Dilan was!

"Oh, oh dude, NO!" There was security at cons! Security was suppose to handle creepy things! "They're not even, okay, they are headed that way but..." Yeah, he missed the grab for Braig's arms.

"DOWN BOY!"

He could do this! And smile and distract people so they were looking at him instead of at Aya for a bit.

"They're being creepy at my...mine!" with a gesture towards Aya and Dilan, "Fuck that shit." Still wading forwards.

Smile and distract people, yes, until Aya could look at the crowd again. She offered him one of the tiny apples in her basket as thanks! Then she was back to passing out apples to others.

"Whoa, dude....what?!" Yep, he was definitely coming up in Braig's wake, though he didn't reach for Braig's arms again. Nope, he was liking the look of creepy guys less and less. ""Okay, we take them to security, then you tell me what the fuck right?"

Dilan munched on the apple with tiny prrp! noises.

Braig chest-bumped the leader of the creeps into a wall, "You are going to get that fucking look off your elements-damned face because they are mine and if you so much as think about touching them I will rip off your balls and feed them to you." Very even, very quiet, very sincere.

Hah, score, kids! Kids who wanted to pet the snake! Aya grinned and slid off Dilan's shoulder in order to let them touch and squeal. Ouch. She shot an apologetic look at Dilan over her shoulder.

Pierce...blinked. Once, slowly, then stared at Braig. "Dude?" Okay, this was more than he could have guessed. Then he stepped up and put a firm hand on Braig's shoulder. "Security. We take them to security, and then we go to a bar."

Of course he reckoned without leader dude being an idiot and taking a swing.

Dilan hovered enough that Aya didn't get crowded, and did his best not to have his eyes cross at the squeals.

Braig responded with swift brutality. He didn't want to play, he wasn't in it for fun, he just wanted these two down. Leader-guy went down fast, and hard. "Sure. Bar sounds good."

Aya offered the snake to Dilan and knelt so the kids could pick apples quietly. Much more quietly.

Pierce helped! In that way where he gave mook #2 a swift kick in the nuts. "Okay, dragging to security now. No more, stop, aggravated assault is not the goal here today."

Dilan passed out apples as well, smiling and waving and generally not getting petted.

Braig nodded, "I'll get security. You...stand there. You don't let them fucking move."

When there was obvious risk of petting Aya started them walking again, taking the snake back and heading them toward the area roped off for celebrity signings. At least there the crowd tended to be contained in lines?

Made sense to her.

"Roger. Watching. Totally will stomp them if they twitch." Pierce saluted sloppily and glared down at the wonder twins on the floor. Yes, he was seeing his con budget going down the drain into bar tabs now...and it was their fault.

Yep.

"Hurry." Or he might start kicking.

"Autographs?" a couple of people asked as they walked, and more picture flashing. Dilan...preened. Yeah, he loved it.

Braig headed off and returned before Aya and Dilan ever made it to the roped off area. "Here. He swung. Witnesses. The blond is with me."

"Of course," Aya allowed. And yes, she signed it as 'Eve, of Terran Apples'. And posed when Dilan paused. She was using his innate kitty camera senses to her advantage!

"Yep, idiot there swung. Buddy tried. Can we go now?" Pierce was...watching Braig. Just in case. Boy was dangerous after all and maaaaybe a little emotional right now. "Oh, and the creepers were headed for the Terran Apple couple there."

Dilan signed as 'Adam, of Terran Apples' in his turn and hugged Aya out of pure glee. So. Much. Fun.

Maybe a little? Very. Very very very. "Mine." he rumbled again, when Pierce mentioned Aya and Braig, although it was low enough that only the Olia member of Security glanced at him.

There was a good spot between two roped off sections! That meant no one could come up behind them, and security was a little heavier. It also meant the adoring mob was not blocking vendors!

"Bet you can beat out the signings next to us if you eat your next apple slowly..."

"Yeah, he's had a rough day." Pierce threw his arm around Braig's shoulders and nodded. "We're leaving too. Have fun, bye now." Time to walk them out, yep.

"Heh. Gimme." Dilan held out his hand for the next apple, then scrubbed it against his chest and began nomming slowly. Very slowly. Nom nom nom.

Braig had, at least, hit shock. He trailed along with Pierce, "They're naked." close enough to, anyway.

"Yours. I'll eat one in a bit." Aya grinned, passed one over from her finger tips, and rested her hip against his leg, watching the crowd as a great many of them fell into...staring. Near hypnotized staring.

"No, looked like fig leaves, a clear bra, lots of hair and a snake. That's more dressed than public beaches." Pierce patted his shoulder again and then shoved him into a taxi. A taxi driver would know a good bar for...tonight. Not an up scale establishment.

Nom, nom, nom...also prrrp! prrrp! prrrp! Dilan lowered his eyelashes and smiled through his apple.

"I need a drink. Or eleven."

Dilan made adorable noises. And it got sighs, and looks and...some of the onlookers might be palming their apples to offer to Dilan later, when he wasn't being guarded by a girl with a snake!

"Yeah, we're gonna do that. Wanna fill me in on wat the fuck yet?"

Dilan was going to be SO HIGH later. So high.

"Booze first. I can't...talk about it without. Oh, fuck me."

So sugar buzzed! He'd have to sneak out for his extra apples, else Aya would fret! Or he could accept donations if Aya went to the pool or something.

"No, not my type, though damn the hair is tempting." Pierce snorted and thumped Braig's shoulder again before slouching back on the taxi seat. "Sure man. We'll drink a lot. It'll be funny when even you can't walk!"

All of the above, man. All of the above.

"It is sexy, badass hair." Braig agreed, sighing. The taxi dumped them out near a bar far enough away from the con that it didn't have anyone in cosplay gear around, upscale enough that they probably wouldn't end up in a bar brawl. Unless Braig got belligerent.
